Who we are
International Property Partners is a UK residential property company supporting landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers and investors across lettings, management and sales. We work with owners of individual apartments as well as larger portfolios, including clients based outside the UK. Our aim is to make property decisions and day-to-day management clearer through a responsive, accountable team.
Our services cover the practical detail behind a successful tenancy: marketing and enquiries, referencing and tenancy setup, rent administration, inspections, maintenance coordination and reporting, according to the service agreed with each client. When an owner is ready to sell, IPP can also support pricing, presentation, viewings, offers and sales progression.
We combine hands-on property management with organised records and straightforward communication. Before taking on a property, we confirm the appropriate service, coverage and contractor arrangements for its location. Clients should know who is responsible, when a decision is needed and what happens next.
