All fees shown are for landlords. VAT-inclusive prices are shown prominently; the original excluding-VAT figures are shown alongside them. VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20%.
Management percentages apply to the total rent actually collected during the relevant monthly period. Please contact us to confirm the fees applicable to your property and circumstances.
Let Only
The let-only fee is £540 including VAT (£450 excluding VAT). Where the property requires snagging and professional photography, an additional £300 including VAT (£250 excluding VAT) applies. The Section 13 fee applies where IPP serves a Section 13 notice to increase the rent. Rent protection and legal eviction cover is available on request — please contact us for a quotation.

"London and surrounding areas" means properties within the M25 or within Greater London. The outside London rate applies to properties outside both areas.
Fully Managed — London and Surrounding Areas
Management percentages apply to the total rent actually collected during the relevant monthly period. New tenancy start fees are payable at the start of each new tenancy. The Section 13 fee applies where IPP serves a Section 13 notice to increase the rent.
